Every great cup of coffee has a story. Ours started in a garage.

Ocana Coffee Company was born from the shared passion of three friends who simply loved great coffee. We enjoyed exploring different roasts, flavors, and brewing methods, but we kept running into the same problem: we couldn't find the flavors and quality we were looking for at the coffee shops around us.

So, we decided to do something about it.

Armed with a passion for coffee, a little ingenuity, and a rebuilt smoker that we modified into a coffee roaster, we started roasting our own beans in a garage.

What began as an experiment quickly became something much bigger.

We spent our time learning, experimenting, and discovering what made a truly exceptional cup of coffee. Along the way, our passion grew into a business, and that humble garage setup eventually evolved into the dedicated roasting facility we operate today.

While our equipment and operation have grown since those early garage-roasting days, the heart behind Ocana Coffee Company hasn't changed.

We still approach coffee with the same curiosity, attention to detail, and commitment to flavor that brought us together in the first place.
